| This is my senior year. Kind of. Some deliberations this summer have extended my stay here at ORU somewhat (due mostly to the addition of a computer science minor this semester). Thus, I am now on the five year plan and I am really a 1st year senior. And with the very recent conclusion of the Fall 2007 semester, I have only 3 semesters remaining.
Anyways, a lot's happened this semester: I moved onto G-Rock, probably one of the louder floors in EMR, or at the entire school for that matter. But the floor has a lot of character, and I like it. Among other things, here's a list of transpirings of recent:
-My roommate's pretty much the bomb dot com. He lives an hour away from me in Austin and is the same age as I. -I became an uncle twice. -I thoroughly enjoyed a crowder concert in october. -I learned LaGrange's Theorem. |

| My departure from t-town took place on the first of July. Ever since then, I have pretty much not stayed in the same place for more than four or five days.
The trip home through texas was pretty sweet; I drove through at least 8 huge thunderstorms on a 10 hour trip! I did the trip in two parts for the first time and stayed over night in dallas at my friends house. He was ridiculously hospitable. I also flew with my parents up to iowa for 4 days for a family reunion. There, I unsuccessfully attempted to get up on water skis... about 20 times or so. And this past weekend, we trekked to san angelo to chill with some friends.
Anyways, I'm glad ORU is almost here .... I miss my cronies up in t-town ;) |
